We are seeking full time Project Support to join our team on a project basis. You will play a key role in building high quality experience for learners of a digital learning and engagement platform, as the project’s main priority.
Key responsibilities:
Learning Design & Management
- Assist in the design and development of online training courses, including comprehensive programmes and short-format modules;
- Collaborate with lead instructors to develop course materials, interactive learning activities, and assessments aligned with course learning outcomes;
- Upload, organise, and maintain course materials on the learning management system;
- Perform Vietnamese-English and English-Vietnamese translation tasks across varied formats including video subtitles, documentation, and user interface content;
- Assist in organising and managing online learning activities and coaching sessions.
Project Administration & Customer Support
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of project activities and timelines;
- Prepare progress reports and updates for various stakeholders;
- Handle customer queries via different channels.
Other: Complete ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese (IELTS 7.5 or higher);
- Prior experience in the education sector, instructional design, or customer support. Provide concrete evidence of your performance in those roles;
- Experience with learning management systems, and digital platforms;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Growth mindset with passion for learning new things;
- Keen attention to detail;
- Strong multitasking abilities;
- Competent and confident in tech-heavy environments with ability to adopt new technological tools quickly: Hands-on, multi-tech proof with 10+ tools in the last 12 months (specify which tools);
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Other information:
- Remote full time position (40 hours per week)
- Project based employment: 1 year contract, renewable based on performance and adaptability
- Salary: 10 - 12 million VND per calendar month depending on experience
